TTRiameli provides public speaking training services including:

• Individual coaching sessions

3. Registration and Account

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services:

• Payment is due in advance for all training sessions
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• Refunds are available up to 48 hours before scheduled sessions
• Corporate accounts may be eligible for payment terms

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule training sessions with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by TTRiameli, including but not limited to training materials, presentations, and methodologies, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Transmit any harmful or malicious content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others

8. Limitation of Liability

TTRiameli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vienna, Austria.
